Floating equipment rental is mandatory at time of reservation from Memorial through Labor Day weekends.

This vacation cabin comes fully furnished and sleeps up to 6 people. It has two separate bedrooms with

queen sized beds, and a queen fold out sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bedroom has its own

restroom and shower complete with towels. There is a full restroom with jacuzzi tub off of the living

room. Full kitchen including pots, pans, and utensils. Plates and silverware also included. Guest are

expected to wash dishes and leave them the same way they found them. $50 cleaning fee will be

charged to the card on file if this has not been done. Linens provided will be for your entire stay, no

maid service available. You will still need to check in at River Ranch Resort to sign in and receive the key

code.

Outside there is a 1400sq foot custom stamped patio with gazebo, and fire pit with custom made swing

set for up to 8. Large charcoal grill and granite counter for outdoor meals also.
