Enjoy our Dam House with its unique design and heat and air. It is tucked in near the Elk River below the dam, it has a private bedroom a hide-a-bed in the living room, 2 divided lofts with a semi open concept. Comes with full size refrigerator and stove. You will need to provide linens and cooking utensils. The bathroom and shower are separate rooms and there is a spiral staircase leading up to the lofts. Shuttle service is provided for your float.

Floating equipment rental is mandatory at time of reservation from Memorial through Labor Day weekends.
