EXPRESS CHECK IN
Our Express Check In requires all reserved activities be prepaid in advance as deposit. With that done, we ask that upon arrival you stop at our Company Store and all people come in to sign in and confirm your reservation. We will tag your car, show you the way to camp, and the fun can start quicker than ever before. Check in office is open 24 hours Friday and Saturday during season.
DEPOSITS
We require payment in full as deposit. Credit Card payment is required on cabins reservation. If you use a credit card we process the card at the time of call-in. If you send a check we expect it no later than 10 days after date reservation is made. Once payment is received in full a confirmation card will be sent. If 10 days has passed and no payment has been received a deposit request card will be sent. You must call us by date indicated on card to secure your reservation with a credit card at that time, otherwise we assume you are not coming and your reservation will be removed from books. Mail your deposits to River Ranch Resort, 101 River Drive, Noel, MO 64854.
CANCELLATION POLICIES
A 14 day notice by phone or mail by 10 am prior to date of your visit is required for any cancellation or to move a date, based on availability. There is a 30 day notice on River Lodge Cabins. If a cancellation is completed a 10% service fee is assessed. We do not charge to move a date if a 14 day notice is given (30 day on lodge). Any reservation made last 14 days (30 days on Lodge) prior to your arrival date is final. No money can be returned if cancelled. This policy is strictly followed.
RENTAL EQUIPMENT POLICY
Please treat our rental equipment, canoes, rafts, kayaks, tubes, housing and tenting areas as if they were your own. We expect normal wear and tear on equipment, for that we do not charge. In the event damage occurs beyond normal wear and tear we expect you to pay retrieval and repair expenses. If you abandon your float equipment or it is stolen or damaged beyond repair you will be asked to pay for them. If you lose paddles or life jackets you will be asked to pay for them ($15 each). The floating experience is very rewarding if common sense is used by all.
PET POLICY
We hope these rules do not inconvenience anyone, we must have rules and ours are in all print, on the website and we have a toll free number to call about your pets qualifications. Again we apologize if your pet is not allowed in our resort. We do the best we can for everyone, all things concidered. Thanks for your understanding.
