CANOE FLOATS

Canoe floats on the beautiful, crystal clear waters of the Elk River have become a favorite way to escape the stress and everyday worries of life in the new millennium. Elk River offers Class I to II rating, making it ideal for first-timers, but providing scenic variety in a relaxing atmosphere that appeals to even the most experienced canoeist.

Remember, always include wading shoes, hats, sunglasses, suntan lotion or sunscreen, and plenty of liquids to drink on your float trip.

Seat cushions: $2.00
Back rest: $3.00
Private canoe shuttle: $25

Kayaks work well for 3rd canoeist

2 person minimum per canoe
1 child under 10 floats free with paying adults
2 children under 10 = 1 adult

RAFT FLOATS

Elk River is considered slow in rafting terms, but rafts are by far the most stable craft to float the river. There is no white water, however there are some chutes that are fun! If safety or togetherness interests you, try our rafts. Call early for reservations, numbers are limited! Due to punctures, no fishing or pets in rafts. Last float 2 pm.

$120 per raft, up to six people
Extra child: $10 each
Extra adult: $20 each

Mt. Shira to River Ranch
4 miles – 4 to 5 hours (must depart by 2 pm)
Elk River

FLOAT #2

Big Bend to River Ranch
8 miles - 6 to 8 hours (must depart by noon)
Elk River
